She leads the effort to keep the unit recall roster up to date and assists the N1 LPO in mustering the unit on drill weekends.

-TOP PERFORMER. As a Deck Seaman is OD01 she was responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and preservation of 41 divisional spaces totaling 600 hours. She was appointed supervisor over four sailors of Foul Weather Jacket Issue, she orchestrated the issue of 255 jackets over the course of 40 hours in eight days.
-MISSION DRIVEN. She managed to obtain Leading Deck Yeoman which consisted pf being responsible for the muster report, organizing and filing divisional files, and maintaining the cleanliness and organizing of the Deck office. While performing at high standards with her primary duties, she was able to complete 144 hours of off-duty on the job training with her perspective rate Personnel Specialist. She has successfully checked in three sailors into the command, completed 20 TAD orders, prepped and routed the Plan of the Day 12 times.

Meticulously processed more than 500 transfers packages, Red/DAs with 99% accuracy rate which is well above the Navy's average. She revamped the way transfers does business by changing and implementing a new tracking process to make sure all packages were received, reviwed and submitted accurately, decreasing the average turnaround time by 50%. She succesfully coordinated with NAVPTO the transportation of 200 military personnel and their dependents during their transtion to their respective destinations.
As VO, issued 60 ID cards and 107 pin reset for military, dependents, foreign national, and civilian employees supporting COMFITH Fleet operations.
TEAM PLAYER AND LEADER. She created a training on transfer entitlements that have been instrumental in training more than 70 CPPA. she successfully led and trained 2 junior sailors on transfer process resulting in 10% productivity.

DECKPLATE LEADERSHIP. Amid the pandemic, PS1 established and facilitated the N1 huddle meetings on MS Teams for 3 Enlisted and 4 Officers, thereby contributing directly to the remote synchronization of admin operations that led to the timely submission and 100% accuracy of over 200 correspondence actions, FITREPs, evaluations, and awards.
UNIT IMPACT. PS1 led the efforts in updating recall information for 98 members of the unit contributing to the success of interconnectivity throughout the remote work environment. He also led the unit in CEI updates, achieving 100% completion to align the unit with CNFRC strategic initiatives in leveraging civilian skills for NAVY utilization.
TEAM PLAYER. In collaboration with DS and Readiness departments, PS1 led 4 Enlisted and 2 officers in updating the information and links on the welcome aboard package for all future members of the unit. His efforts contributed directly to the mission readiness and situational awareness of 17 new members to the unit.




MISSION ORIENTED. Directly responsible for the accurate and timely processing of administrative and disbursing care of 541 clinic staff members, including 27 pay entitlements, 20 gains and 25 transfer/separations. As the Assistant Education Service Officer, she prepared 54 worksheets for the Navy-Wide Advancement Exam cycle 244 with ZERO discrepancies. Executed special pays for four officers, resulting in over $1.25 million in entitlements.
HIGHLY MOTIVATED. Assumed additional responsibilty by assuming the Awards Coordinator position, processed 24 awards and coordinated four ceremonies; culminated in two Meritorious Service, eleven Navy and Marine Corps Commendation, five Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medals in support of the Executive Officer, Command Master Chief, and six Directors.
COMMUNITY INVOLVMENT. Immediately immersed herself within the community by volunteering nine hours to Oak Harbor High School events and four hours to the Healthy Life Festival, in addition to volunteering three hours to command events that contributed to Command unity.

Management- Petty Officer Nice planned, coordinated and implemented the relocation of the disbursing office to a new location, ensuring all instructional compliance was complied with.

Had an overwhelming impact as the Customer Service Leading Petty Officer. His duties include money disbursing, pay processing, leave routing, ID card replications, and service records management.

He managed an account with over $700,000 which is used to satisfy hundreds of transactions a month and accounted for every penny.

He volunteered to head the Command Federal Campaign, surpassed last year's collections, and raised nearly $3000 for local charities.




TEAM PLAYER. Assisted CAG Admin in processing 10 transactions that included 3 officer gains. Gave pay advice to over 15 sailors from other commands while attached to the USS George Washington and USS Carl Vinson and worked side-by-side with the Personnel Department.

-PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR. Filling a gapped first class billet, led 7 Sailors in the gain, separation, and transfer of 62 personnel. She also coordinated 20 reenlistments and managed all correspondence with Disbursing and the Personnel Services Department while deployed aboard the USS HARRY S. TRUMAN, greatly enhancing readiness.
-FISCAL EXPERT. While deployed, her fiscal acuity led to her selection as a personnel supervisor for the air wing. She released more than 550 pay transactions in one month in preparation for the return to homeport. She earned her place as the most trusted air wing Personnel Specialist, and assisted other squadrons with their administrative work.
-PROGRAM MANAGER. As Family Care Plan program manager, she ensured all affected Sailors remained in compliance. She ordered exams, prepared worksheets, set up exam sites, and prepared correspondence for three Navy-wide Advancement Exam cycles with zero discrepancies. She facilitated Chart the Course, reaching 100% completion ahead of command goals. Additionally, she organized an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist rodeo, helping four Sailors achieve qualification.

Entrusted to master the Transaction Online Processing System, he coordianted 200 personnel transactions resulting in the commands pay entitlements being done in a quick and timely manner. Also he submitted 13 BAH chits which resulted in the members making a quick and easy transition into their new homes.
-ENERGETIC TEAM MEMBER. As a command mail orderly, he helped raise the command's morale by recieving and delivering numerous pieces of mail every day. While serving as MWR Secretary, he planned 10 cabinet meetings and assisted in coordinating 5 MWR sales resulting in the command making over $1K in profit.

Effectively managed administrative duties in support of 215+ high itempo Joint Service Personnel. Her team streamlined admin procedures that led to a 50% decrease in response time, providing over 1,500 correspondence updates for deployable personnel. Processed over 300+ NSIPS/DMO, FIDS, achieving 99% accuracy in a timely manner.

Petty Officer Smith performed her demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner. She efficiently processed over 10,000 Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) pay and personnel transactions and over 500 Navy strength losses with a 99% accuracy rate.




As the service support production line analyst for the production management office, he monitored, analyzed and recommended changes to the quota management of the enlisted supply chain for nine administrative ratings, resulting in meeting 100% of fleet need.




As Personnel man for USNSE/CSD Lisbon, Portugal, he provided excellent customer service to 88 active duty members and 130 dependents. Petty officer Cho planned, coordinated, and implemented the relocation of the disbursing office to a new location while ensuring all instructional compliance was adhered to.




He provided invaluable hands-on assistance for the disestablishment of the Storekeeper and Postal Clerk ratings, and the establishment of the Logistics Specialist rating which streamlined the enlisted ratings inventory as directed by the CNO.




PO2 Watson processed over 875 financial records for onboard sailors, exceeding the required deadline 90% of the time. In addition, she also entered, tracked, and completed over 1,000 pay transactions.




His dedication and attention to detail reduced the processing time and completion of fleet reserve, retirements and separation DD 214s from weeks to days, exceeding Navy established timelines standards.




He was responsible for over $890,000 in U.S. dollars which is drawn monthly through hundreds of transactions and accounted for with zero discrepancies.




He volunteered to head the Command Federal Campaign, surpassing past years’ collections, and raised nearly $6000 for local charities.




Held the position of LPO and Training Officer for the N6 Department at Navy Recruiting Command, Millington, Tennessee.

Travel Clerk

As Travel Clerk her technical proficiency ensured the accurate and timely processing of 270 base pay and 78 travel claims transactions through TOPS totaling over $500,000.

Processed and liquidated over 500 sets of SELRES orders and assisted in the management of a budget of over $1,500,000. During NOSC Bessemer's most recent ISIC Assessment, PS1 was recognized by the Lead Inspector for his superior knowledge and meticulous program management. He directly contributed to the Training Department receiving a satisfactory score of 97%.

With meticulous attention to detail, he reviewed over 6,000 travel vouchers, processed 2,200 sets of orders for pay and, clearing 1,700 hard holds, and fulfilling the mission of sending members downrange.


Reserve Pay/ResPay

As the Reserve Pay Clerk at Navy Operational Support Center, Houston, Texas, he provided drive, attention to detail, and leadership in the most demanding situations.

Petty Officer Cheyenne took charge and guided the Reserve Pay Department to develop and implement a financial records maintenance system for over 1,000 inactive duty financial records with zero discrepancies. He also implemented a Quality Control process to identify required record updates, maximizing the effectivness and efficiency of the Reserve Pay department.

As ResPay Clerk she processed over 44,000 drills decreasing the overall days to pay and increasing the efficiency of the entire department. Her impeccable attention to detail was an integral part of Reserve Pay receiving an overall SAT on NOSC Washington's most recent inspection.
