While serving with Manpower Information Division, provided support to the Service Treatment Record Veterans Affairs Backlog Team, rectified and verified missing medical and dental records for 39,000 Marines that have separated and retired from active duty. Located and uploaded medical and dental records to HAIMS and AHLTA for 9,000 Marines that had active veterans' benefits claims allowing them to receive benefits and proper medical and dental care.
