Disbursing Officer, MWR Officer and Repairables Management Branch Officer aboard USS RONALD REAGAN. Maintained strict accountability of $1.3M in Navy Cash, processed $914K in deposits spurring an average ROI of 5% for sailors enrolled in the Savings Deposit Program. Led his team in the management of 12k line item inventory and the replenishment of 17k Aviation stock requirements worth $332M, contributing to CVW-5's execution of 15k flight hours. Led 120 sailors through damage control casualty scenarios ensuring successful completion of MOD L-TT, Crew Certification, CORE I and II.




Led 3 Sailors in the administrative & disbursing processing for 57 Sailors attached to MAG-13. Processed 13 gains, 27 pay entitlements, 12 transfers, & 9 separations. Supported additional commands as a subject matter expert within the regional area with follow up service for 3D MAW, 1st Dental BN, MCAS Yuma H&HS, MAWTS-1, VMX-1, and NMRTU Yuma with pay & personnel issues. As the Assistant Command ESO, he prepared over 40 worksheets for the Navy-Wide Advancement Exam with ZERO discrepancies. Additionally, as Barracks Manger he led 14 Sailors through 12 months of field day, put in 8 ticket corrections that improved the quality of life for Sailors.




Served as Disbursing Officer aboard USS ARLINGTON LPD 24, led eight Ship Servicemen and one Personnelman in the successful training, establishment, outfitting and operation of the Sales and Disbursing Divisions. Her industrious and accurate work led to the enrollment of over 400 personnel in Navy Cash with zero discrepancies and over $100K in sales in support of Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Flawlessly executed several high visibility sales events for a variety of commands. Provided fleet level SAPR-F training to the crew.




Provided professional, accurate and prompt Disbursing support to over 15,000 Marines of Marine Forces Pacific. Audited 5,511 NAVMC 11116 payday adjustments and special payments and 1,234 entries appearing on the suspect pay listing. As a result, special payments totaling $3,710,477 in U.S. Treasury funds were disbursed with precision to Marines across III Marine Expeditionary Force. Her individual contributions resulted in an accuracy rating of 97.94% on the Marine Corps Administrative Analysis. Also, while attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, performed as the Disbursing Officer for Artillery Relocation Exercise 1-11 and 3-11, where a total of $100,000 in Japanese Yen was meticuluously disseminated.
