Overhauled the process for gains and losses, pay, and travel transactions and processed a total of 75 transfers, 71 gains, and 1,123 pay, personnel, and travel transactions, placing Devastators admin capabilities in the top ten of all waterfront commands. As command career counselor, maintained 100% career waypoint application submissions which resulted in 100% approval rating and the re-enlistments of 30 sailors. Led 41 Career Development Boards, resulting in devastator earning fiscal year 2021 Retention Excellence award.
As Gains Clerk, processed over 1,690 gains and pay entitlement transactions, delivering direct financial support to more than 1,200 Sailors along the East Coast. His precise management of BAH, Career Sea Pay, SDAP, and other allowances ensured timely and accurate compensation and access to entitlements. By maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance with SOPs, he prevented errors, overpayments, and delays. Completed 22 Personnel and Pay courses, earning the 791F Command Pay and Personnel NEC and driving professional growth.
As Headquarters Platoon Leading Petty Officer and Administrative Lead, led 13 Sailors in the expeditious processing of 60 executive-level pieces of correspondence, 220 performance reports, 11 awards, six directives, 150 personnel gains and losses, and 110 pay and personnel transactions. As Career Development Team Lead, conducted 70 Career Development Boards, ensured the accuracy of 240 records, and delivered tailored guidance to 230 Sailors covering advancement, reenlistment, RC to AC transitions, and education opportunities.
