Nuclear Medicine Assistant, a highly reliable quad zero in the Nuclear Medicine Department, played a critical role in supporting over 300 nuclear medicine procedures alongside six nuclear medicine technicians, delivering timely and accurate diagnostic imaging support to more than 300 patients. Her exceptional attention to detail ensured strict adherence to radiation safety standards, executing quarterly thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) change-outs, maintaining safety logs, and ensuring proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials. She further enhanced mission readiness by supporting quality control procedures and maintaining operational readiness of $2 million in nuclear medicine equipment. Demonstrating outstanding accountability, she managed supply inventories, ensuring uninterrupted availability of critical imaging materials and reinforcing continuous patient care operations.

Nuclear Medicine Supply Manager and Work Center Calibration Manager. Maintained accountabilities for all nuclear medicine equipment and ensured adequate stock of imaging supplies, radiation protection materials, and patient care items to support daily department operations. Coordinated with appropriate personnel to ensure five radiation detection devices and imaging support systems were inspected and calibrated on schedule, preventing interruptions to patient care and reducing service costs. Her diligence endured all radiation safety equipment, remained fully operational and compliant with established safety standards.

A dependable team player who consistently supported Nuclear Medicine operations, assisting in the preparation and care of 300+ patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures. She dedicated hours to patient intake and screening, ensuring patients were properly prepared and scheduled to improve workflow efficiency and timely return to duty. She assisted providers with minor procedures and patient care support when required. Additionally, she obtained over 200 patient vital signs to ensure patient stability prior to imaging procedures and checked in 902 patients for scheduled nuclear medicine appointments, maintaining accurate documentation and patient accountability.
